To implement this policy, the company operates and maintains a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (QMS).
The Quality Management System is comprised of the Quality Manual and all associated documents.
Management and staff at every level are made aware of its requirements in their respective functions, are responsible for its adoption and implementation, and are provided with the resources necessary for its adoption and implementation.
The Quality Management System is regularly reviewed by management for compliance, continual improvement and for its ability to meet established goals for customer satisfaction and the company needs.
